CRA is the result of a commitment that those with developmental disabilities, deserve to live in the community of their choice, with customized supports to help them meet their needs and live an abundant life. Since opening its doors in 2005 to the first individual that selected CRA as choice provider, CRA has grown from a single location with two employees, into multiple residential sites with over twenty-five employees, management staff and a volunteer Board of Directors.

CRA attempts to develop the individual’s skills to their highest functioning level, to promote, safeguard, and protect the human dignity, constitutional rights, and individual liberties of each individual, to guarantee that the total person is considered while offering the individual legitimate choices with some control over their lives, in establishing individual goals and to offer the individual an opportunity to develop within a framework of the least restrictive environment possible.
